While not all situations are the same, and we do care about not only the quality of the art but also the happiness of you, as the customer, we still must have guidelines for Refunds and Returns. Since some situations are unique, we encourage you to reach out to us and discuss how we can make the situation better.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund on your purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must contact us within 30 days of the purchase date to request a refund.
- The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
